Walked in with 4 beyond-tired children at 8:30 PM after a long day on the road. Front desk staff noticed me running in and out the front door and asked me if we needed a pack n play for my 2nd youngest(we already brought one for our youngest. I accepted and we had 4 girls in bed and asleep by 9. In a hurry to leave, we left a bag outside in the parking lot. They had a feeling it was ours and called us soon after we left to ask us if it was ours. We were close enough we could turn around and come back quickly. Great job attentive staff!

We had noticed when we got out of the car that a few families were entering the building with pets. I kindly asked if we could be put in a room a bit further away from the pets and the clerks upgraded us to the top floor suite!! It was VERY nice! We went back downstairs after seeing the room to thank them and convey our appreciation because we knew they didn’t have to upgrade us. The room was so clean, comfy, and spacious and we had a great quiet night’s rest.

This property is under major construction which we realized when booking. We were never bothered by this. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom had been remodeled with a very nice walk in tile and glass shower. Bed linens and towels were very nice quality. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. All staff were very cordial.

It wasn't loud it was quiet and peaceful because I was there because my brother was in hospice. And I love the peace and quiet so that I can think and meditate. And get some rest between going to visit my brother's house and coming back to my room. And the staff was very very nice.

There were many options for breakfast. It was the typical hotel breakfast however they did serve more than just waffles. The options included gravy and biscuits. The room was clean, it was quiet, and the staff was friendly and professional.
